- understanding of the nature of the client’s business and objectives as well as their management culture, is first established;
- analysis of competitive environment;
- development of Position Description, undertaken jointly with the client;
- identification of suitable candidates through extensive database and research;
- development of “long-list” of potential candidates;
- first-interview screening of “short-list”, after review by client;
- provide assistance to the client with interviews as necessary;
- provide assistance to the client in formulating and negotiating final offer as necessary.
