Chatsworth Hall Pte Ltd

“Strategies for the Continuous Pursuit of Knowledge”

Chatsworth-Hall, set up in 1999, is engaged in all aspects of training and technology transfer related to the chemical, petrochemical and polymer industries - those industries that utilise advanced materials and process technology. Chatsworth-Hall is dedicated to assisting companies in Singapore and the region to acquire the latest knowledge and cutting-edge expertise from leading R&D establishments and international companies from around the globe, in order for them to develop market leadership through the development of new products and processes.

The principals of the Company have wide academic, consulting and industrial experience in the chemicals, petrochemicals, polymer and advanced materials sectors, with a combined total of over 60 years, primarily within the Asia-Pacific region. Hence we are in tune with what companies require and can more effectively apply our expertise and experience to finding the right solution.

The Company focuses on three main areas associated with training needs and upgrading the skills of individuals:

Training Courses:

As at the end of June 2010, nineteen successful two-day open courses and three in-house company courses, have been held in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Qatar, entitled:

"Plastics Technology - An Intensive Training Course"

Reifenhauser Moldex

.... run by Chatsworth Hall Pte Ltd in association with enys international pte ltd

This two-day training course offers a thorough and comprehensive coverage of the main aspects of plastics materials – commodity and engineering thermoplastics, thermoplastic elastomers and thermosets – as well as the major fabrication processes, with emphasis on injection moulding, compounding and additives, process ancillary equipment and testing.

The course therefore serves a wide range of interest groups from non-technical personnel working within the plastic and related industries – including OEM companies engaged in electronics manufacturing, medical devices, packaging, telecommunications etc - to technical personnel and sales staff, already knowledgeable in their own field of application, yet who may require a refresher course or more fundamental coverage of other aspects of plastics technology – as such, though not specifically aimed at process personnel, it will benefit higher level engineering and management staff.

An additional one-day course entitled :

"The Theory and Practice of Injection Moulding"

Arburg

is also offered as a stand alone course or alongside the plastics technology course.

A third course on Rubber Technology is now being offered entitled:

"A Comprehensive Course on Rubber Technology"

Further details of all courses can be found at TRAINING COURSES

THE NEXT COURSES ARE SCHEDULED FOR JULY 19-23, 2010, AT THE KUALA LUMPUR CONVENTION CENTRE IN MALAYSIA
